Support the qualified energy-saving technologies and equipment manufacturing enterprises listing and financing, issuing corporate bonds.

We proposed to make use of the central budget funds to increase support for the key energy-saving technologies and equipment industry projects

Encourage policy banks, commercial banks, financing guarantee institutions of financial products and services innovation, increased support for energy-saving technologies and equipment industry; the establishment of a diversified investment mechanism to encourage venture capital funds, private investment and foreign investment to increase energy efficiency R & D and demonstration of energy-saving equipment manufacturing enterprises investment in technology; support qualified energy-saving technologies and equipment manufacturing enterprises listing and financing, issuance of corporate bonds; through the improvement and implementation of financial policies related to the establishment of mechanisms to promote green finance major energy-saving technologies and equipment industrialization.
